The capital of the company is set at two hundred thousand (€ 200.000,00) euro divided into 200,000 shares of a nominal value of € 1.00 each, fully covered by capital contributions in cash as follows: one hundred ninety thousand (190,000) shares from the first partner Vellis Ioannis and ten thousand (10,000) corporate shares from the second partner of the company Velli Christina.
Vellis Ioannis deposited in cash of the Company the amount of one hundred ninety thousand euros (€ 190.000,00) and received one hundred ninety thousand (190.000,00) corporate shares of a nominal value of one euro (€ 1.00) each, while the second partner VelliChristina depositedin cash ten thousand euro (€ 10,000.00) and received ten thousand (10,000.00) corporate shares of a nominal value of one euro (€ 1.00) each.
Administration- Representation
The management and representation of the Company is entrusted by this Statute for an indefinite period of time and up to the time of its revocation at any time by a decision of the Assembly of the Partners, taken by the majority [article 18.4] of this Statute, to the partner Vellis Ioannis, of Theodoros and Spyridoula, with ID.
